北京中艺达晨艺术品投资管理有限公司成立于2010年，系湖南广播影视集团旗下老牌上市企业——湖南电广传媒股份有限公司的控股子公司。是国内最早开展艺术品专业投资管理的公司之一，共投资收藏了齐白石、徐悲鸿、张大千、吴昌硕、黄宾虹等中国近现代书画艺术大师的200多件艺术精品，同时管理着总规模近20亿元的多支艺术品基金，在艺术品市场创造了多项市场纪录。而今积极拥抱当代艺术，2021年度始成为罗中立奖学金唯一联合主办方，与青年艺术家共同成长，在新数字时代开创新纪元。

Established in 2010, Beijing Zhongyi Dachen Art Investment Management Co., Ltd., is a holding subsidiary of Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Co., Ltd., and an old listed enterprise owned by Golden Eagle Broadcasting System, which is one of the earliest companies to develop professional art investment management in China and has invested and collected more than 200 pieces of fine art works of modern Chinese painting and calligraphy masters such as Qi Baishi, Xu Beihong, Zhang Daqian, Wu Changshuo and Huang Binhong. In the meanwhile, it also runs several art funds with a total scale of nearly 2 billion yuan, creating a number of market records in the art market. Since 2021, he has become the only co-sponsor of The Luo Zhongli Scholarship, growing up together with young artists and creating a new era in the new digital era.

刘云，湖南岳阳人，国家一级美术师，中国国家画院研究员、中国美术家协会会员、历任中国美术家协会第五、六、七、八届理事，湖南省画院名誉院长，中国美术家协会河山画会副会长，中国画学会创会理事，中国长城画院副院长，中南大学兼职教授，湖南省美术家协会常务副主席，享受国务院专家津贴。
