Written on the occasion of the 19th International Art Exchange Exhibition
当今世界,文化与经济、政治相互交融,全球化是大势所趋,世界文化也因此呈现融合加深的趋势,各种文明在不断交流、融合中得到创新和发展。在全球化的环境下,各种文化、思想、观念、信息可实现即时无障碍交流融汇,交流与融汇成为所有文化存在与优化的状态和选择,一个全球化的文化时代正在形成。
人类文明多样性是人类社会的客观现实,各种文明都以各自的独特方式为人类进步作出了自己的贡献,世界文化多元化的趋势也更加突出。艺术是时代变化的风向标,更是以其形态与表现的可见性强烈地预示着时代的变迁;艺术的最大优势是把看不见的思想、观念、情感转化成鲜明的视觉形态;这形态不仅仅预示和透露着艺术自身,更是艺术的母体整个文化变迁的一个浓缩反映。从艺术发展史的角度来看,每种艺术的表达媒介和语言都在不断发展变化,贯穿于不同艺术之间的相互学习。现代艺术显然倾向于吸收,借用和整合其他艺术类别,使其具有内在的更具包容性。在追求自由、个性、独立和共同的基础上形成了新的艺术语言。现代艺术主题丰富,涵盖社会生活和精神生活所有领域。其包容性和丰富性在思想观念和文化创造方面广泛研究和吸收了世界先进理念和优秀文化。艺术家逐渐积累起丰富的经验,在了解当今世界的当前趋势的同时,艺术家开始慢慢思考如何在复杂的世界中建立自己的思维方式,思想和行动方式。如何在世界文化艺术的发展模式中形成自己的创作方法,找到适合自己走的路。艺术以它自身表达的特性与功能努力地呼应着这个时代,互融互通的观念与表达早已在各个艺术门类中通行;观念艺术、装置艺术、行为艺术、影像等新艺术形态的产生意味着视觉艺术既打通了传统门类的围墙,也意味着艺术表达已跨越了艺术的边界;走向了更大的世界。
在艺术全球化的形势下,“东京国际美术交流展”正在成为世界各国艺术家交流学习的一个新平台,将引领艺术开放性、包容性全球化的新时代。
In the context of trended globalization where culture is deeply intermingled with economy and politics,cultures of different kinds are also integrating profoundly and have been innovated and developed in continuous exchange.In globalization,all sorts of cultures,ideas,opinions,and information can communicate instantly with each other without any barriers.As such,communication and integration have been the best choice for all cultures,thus facilitating the global culture ushering in a glorious era.
The diversity of human civilizations is an objective reality of human society,and each civilization has made its own contribution to human progress in its own unique way.Therefore,the trend of cultural diversity in the world is more and more prominent.Art leads the change of the times and also clearly indicates the transformation of the times with its specific styles and demonstrations.The prominent advantage of the art is to convert the invisible thoughts,concepts,and emotions into distinct visual entities that is not only a revelation of the art itself,but also a concentrated reflection of the history of the cultural change.From the perspective of the art history,the medium and language adopted by each art is in constant development,leading to the mutual learning among different cultures.Modern art tends to absorb,borrow and integrate the art of other styles to make it more inclusive.In the pursuit of freedom,individuality,independence,and common ground,modern art has formed a new artistic language.The theme of modern art is rich,covering all fields of social and spiritual life,whose inclusiveness and richness in ideas and cultural creation are based on the research and absorption of advanced ideas and cultures in manifold.Artists have gradually accumulated rich experience.While understanding the trend of the present world,they begin to think about how to establish their own way of thinking and action in such an intricate world,and how to form their own creative methods based on the development mode of world culture and art,so as to find the way that best suits them.With its own characteristics and functions,art has been trying to echo this era.The concept of mutual integration and communication has been widely used in all kinds of art.The emergence of new art forms such as conceptual art,installation art,performance art and image means that visual art has not only transcended the traditional art styles,but also means that artistic expression has crossed the boundaries of art and has stepped into a bigger world.
In the environment of art globalization,Tokyo International Art Exchange Exhibition provides artists from all over the world with a precious opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other,which will lead a new era of open and inclusive art globalization.

张志民,号张大石头,1956年出生于山东省阳信县,1983年毕业于山东艺术学院,同年留校任教。1985年深造于中国美术学院(原浙江美术学院)山水画高研班。现为中国画学会副会长,中国国家画院研究员、张志民工作室导师,中国美术家协会理事、中国画艺委会委员,山东省美术家协会名誉主席,山东画院艺术顾问,教授、博士生导师。山东艺术学院原院长,山东省政协常委、省政协科教文卫体委员会主任,山东省文联副主席。
