C9P Master Winemaker:Marc DWORKIN.
Marc Dworkin was born in Paris.As an experienced winemaker,he has served for lots of world top wineries.He graduated from Biochemistry in Paris and studied Oenology in Bordeaux.He has worked for famous French wineries like Chateau Clarke,Cote Montpezat,Chateau Larmande and Chateau Bellefont-Belcier for seventeen years.Marc Dworkin arrived in China in 2008 as a consultant.
马克·德沃金（Marc Dworkin）出生于巴黎，是一位经验丰富的酿酒师，一直以来都在全球的顶级酿酒厂工作。马克毕业于巴黎的生物化学专业,而后在波尔多学习葡萄酒酿造，先后在法国著名的克拉克酒庄、蒙帕山坡庄园、雷曼庄园以及工作了17年的贝勒丰酒庄。马克于2008年来到中国担任酿酒顾问。
1.你在九顶庄园的角色是？
我是九顶庄园的酿酒顾问，负责采收，酿造及调配；同时我也会帮助海外市场的销售。
1.What’s your role in Chateau Nine Peaks?
I am the winery consultant,for harvest,vinification and blending
I will also try to develop the export sales.
2.是什么激发了你对葡萄酒的热爱？
1983年，喝到了一瓶来自圣埃美隆（Saint Emilion）的葡萄酒，我教父酿造的葡萄酒。
一瓶我出生那一年的酒，1961年。
2.What bottle sparked your love of wine?
A bottle of Saint Emilion made by my God Father in 1983.
The vintage of this bottle was my birthdate:1961!
3.谁启发了您进入葡萄酒行业？
我想是米歇尔罗兰(全球著名的酿酒顾问)，我从他那儿学习到了很多专业知识，是他坚定了我成为酿酒顾问的信心以及我对葡萄酒的热爱。
3.What or who inspired you to the wine industry?
I think I had one“Gourou”named Michel Rolland.He inspired my knowledge,my will to be a consultant,my love of balance into the wines!
4.您最喜欢工作的哪一部分？
我认为我没有什么特别的。我很幸运能够经常旅行，并且在全世界认识了好多有趣的朋友。
4.What’s your favorite part of the job?
I don’t think I have any particular.I am so blessed to eb able to travel so much and to meet so many interesting people around the world.
5.您是如何取得今天的成就的？
我认为是努力工作，然后从无数的小错误中汲取经验教训。
5.How did you arrive at the position you are in today?
I think I have been working a lot,and trying to learn always from the small number of mistakes I did!
6.如果可以给更年轻的你一些建议，你会说什么？
做事守信，待人真诚。做出让消费者会再次购买的葡萄酒。
6.If you could give your younger self advice when starting in this industry,what would it be?
Be honest,be truthful and do the wines the consumers want to buy a 2nd time!
7.如果不从事葡萄酒行业，你会做什么？为什么？
我一直梦想成为飞行员，但是我的数学不是很好。
7.If you weren’t in wine industry,what would you be doing and why?
Maybe I always dreamt to be a pilot in a plane;but I wasn’t so good in mathematics!
8.什么时候第一次来中国？
2008年11月1日。
8.When was your first trip to China?
November 1st 2008.
9.在中国工作，你最骄傲自豪的是什么？

9.What makes you most proud to be working in China?
China is such an interesting country in terms of landscape,regions,people.I think I tried to 1st understand the Chinese mentality,and I have tried to help the Chinese wine industry modestly.
10.迄今为止，你在中国最难忘的葡萄酒经历是什么？
在中国我发现了马瑟兰和蛇龙珠，这2个酿酒葡萄品种，令人难忘！
10.What to date has been your most memorable wine experience in China?
I have discovered the varietals Marselan and Cabernet Gernischt.This was memorable!
11.你是如何与九顶庄园结缘的？
我曾经在卡尔博士（九顶庄园庄主）的其他葡萄园工作，我们一起建成了九顶庄园和其他国家的酒庄。
11.How did you meet Chateau Nine Peaks?
I worked with Dr Hauptmann in his other vineyards,and we created and built Chateau Nine Peaks together and some others.
12.你对九顶庄园的期待是什么？
成为山东产区的代表性酒庄。
12.What do you expect for Chateau Nine Peaks?
To become the Reference of the wines of the Shandong Province!
13.你梦想中的葡萄园在哪？
我见过最疯狂的葡萄园是在塔希提岛上。
13.Where would your fantasy vineyard be?
Maybe the craziest place I have seen is in Tahiti,in one of the islands of this archipel!
14.你觉得最佳的餐酒搭配是什么？
法国Bresse地区的鸡肉，搭配1983年的滴金甜白（Chateau d’Yquem）。
14.What’s your ultimate food and wine pairing?
A simple Chicken from the French region“Bresse”,paired with a Chateau d’Yquem 1983.
15.在结束了漫长的一天工作后，你喝点什么?
经过了漫长的一天的葡萄酒调配工作后，说实话，我就想喝口水！
15.What’s your go-to drink at the end of a long day?
After a long day of working and blending,honestly,I love water!
16.在您80岁生日时，您最想和谁一起喝酒？
当然是和我的孩子们和孙儿们一起，还有我最爱的另一半，她叫纳塔莉（Nathalie）！
16.Whom do you most want to drink with on your 80th birthday?
With all my children,my great children and of course my better half,named Nathalie! （C9P）
