近日，济南市安生学校二年级开展了一次“礼敬中华医学”中医药知识课程。山东省中医院主治医师李凯峰走进课堂，为学生揭开中医药的神秘面纱。
Recently, the second grade of Thomas Primary School in Jinan City conducted a "Salute to Chinese Medicine" course on the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Li Kaifeng, an attending physician from Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, came into the classroom to unveil the mystery of Chinese medicine for the students.

李凯峰用丰富的实例，揭秘了我们身边的“中医药”——
Dr. Li used abundant examples to reveal the "Chinese medicine" around us.
比如，我们熟悉的菊花茶、家庭常备的金银花、厨房里的陈皮和山楂......它们不仅是治疗疾病的良药，更是养生保健的好帮手。
For example, we are familiar with the chrysanthemum tea, the honeysuckle that we always have at home, the Chenpi and hawthorn in the kitchen ...... They are not only good medicines for treating diseases, but also good helpers for health care.
除中药知识外，李凯峰还介绍了香薰包和芝麻丸的功效。
In addition to the knowledge of Chinese medicine, Dr. Lee also introduced the effects of aroma packets and sesame pills.
香薰包可以净化空气，芝麻丸是一种营养丰富的食品。“这些看似简单的物品，背后都蕴含着中医的智慧和哲学。”

课堂上，学生还亲眼见到了一些中药实物，看一看、摸一摸、闻一闻......

“这是我第一次观察中药，对中药有了更多认识。”学生赵梓辰说。
“我们还学习到，使用中药时不能随意搭配，否则可能会适得其反。”学生李俊潼说。
课程结束后，学生们收到了李凯峰精心准备的大礼包，里面不仅有四种中药，还有香薰包和芝麻丸。
“我们可以用菊花泡水喝！”“我要把香薰包放在书桌上。”大家兴奋地讨论着，对这份特殊的礼物爱不释手。
学生蒋立源说：“以前对中医很陌生，上了这堂中医药课，我开始对中医药感兴趣了。”
“在这次课程中，学生不仅学到了许多关于中医的知识，还亲身体验了中医的魅力。”二年级级部组长杨静说。
安生小学部还将继续开展各种“传统文化进校园的活动”，让学生在各类课程中拓宽视野，积累知识，提高素养，为将来行世界打下基础。
