近日,济南市教育教学研究院专家团队一行到济南市安生学校指导工作,为安生学校的教学“会诊”。
Recently, a team of experts from Jinan Education and Teaching Research Institute came to the middle school of Jinan Thomas School to help the classroom.
据了解,本次调研的目的,是指导教师深入学习新课程标准的内容,促进学校进一步提高课堂教学质量。专家团队一行观摩了语文、数学、物理等各个课堂。

同时,提出在教学中要有大观念教学的思路,重点是还原教学本质。比如,复习要精准,加强分层教学、个别辅导,有针对性的测试,每次考试记录学生情况,数据是教学的起点,用数据做解决问题的解码器等。

同时,也提出了课堂中的小建议:让学生充分诵读,最好能给课堂“留白”。针对如何增强学生课外知识,也给出了专业指导:
要扎实巩固学生的课内所学,从而进行课外迁移,以课内带动课外,提升课外文言文、课外诗歌的学习。
要重视培养学生积累素材的能力,这样才能充实内容。对于教材中部分自读课文,可以有选择地教授,做到详略得当,从而为学生减负。
