2月20日下午，济南市安生学校初中部学生自主管理委员会成立大会及揭牌仪式在学校音乐厅举行。初一、初二全体师生参加了此次活动。
On the afternoon of February 20th, the inaugural meeting and opening ceremony of Jinan Thomas Junior High School Self-Management Association was held in the concert hall. All the teachers and students of grade seven and eight attended.

学生自主管理委员会
（简称学管会）
由5个部门45名学生成员组成，以“自我教育，自我管理，自我服务”为目标，在专业老师指导下，引导学生践行“修德、立人、行世界”的校训，协助老师做好管理工作，促进初中部各项工作的发展。
The Student Self-Management Association is composed of 5 departments with 45 student members. With the goal of "self-education, self-management, and self-service", under the guidance of professional teachers, it guides students to put the school motto of "To be virtuous, scholarly, and globally engaged" into practice. It assists teachers in daily management, and promote the junior high school.
二、学管会由哪些部门组成？

学管会设置了学习部、文宣部、生活部、艺体部、纪检部5个部门，由3名主席团成员及42名干事组成。
The Student Self-Management Association has set up 5 departments, including the Learning Department, the Cultural and Publicity Department, the Life Department, the Arts and Sports Department, and the Discipline Inspection Department. It is consist of 3-member presidium and 42 members.

2月12日，初中部进行了“学管会主席团竞选演讲”。
On February 12th, the Junior Middle school held the "Election Speech for the Presidium of Students' Self-management Association ".
通过抽签、班主任助选、竞选者演说和现场答辩四个环节，对8名候选人进行投票。
Through the four parts of drawing lots, the head teacher's campaign, the candidate's speech and the field defense, eight candidates were voted.
最终3人进入主席团。
Finally three were elected to the presidium.

2月16日，初中部进行了“部门纳新”。
On February 16, the Junior Middle School held a "departmental recruitment".
采用现场答辩、结构化面试、现场提问、即时作答等方式，选出5个部门的部长，以及各部门干事。
The ministers of five departments and the secretaries of each department were selected by means of on-site defense, structured interview, on-site questioning and immediate answer.

The teachers presented the appointment letters to the members of the association. The heavy appointment letters expressed the hopes of the teachers.

They elaborated their respective department's work responsibilities, work objectives and work requirements.

All the members of the Student Self-management Association solemnly swear to uphold the constitution of the School Management Association, earnestly perform the duties of cadres, and remember the purpose of serving students wholeheartedly.

初中部学生自主管理委员会是在教师指导下的学生组织，职责是活动策划、检查、宣传、调研、调解、内部考核自检。
目的是培养每一个孩子协作决策、合作沟通、组织协调、集体服务意识、榜样责任意识。
