Jinan Thomas Primary School switched to online teaching due to an ongoing COVID-19 outbreak on 30th March.

线上教学培训
早在停课前两周，小学部就未雨绸缪，提前对全体教师进行了“线上教学培训”，开展“线上课堂演练”。
Two weeks ago, the teachers in Primary School learned how to do live-streaming classes after the coaching session.
还结合学校培养目标和学生实际需求，量身定制了“居家学习课程表”。
Besides, the ‘Online course schedule’ was conducted according to the educational target and the needs of students.
每周的教研活动时间，老师们精心磨课，用心设计每一次作业。
The teachers made their every effort to educate students and help them out of online difficulties.
线上教学开始后，小学部开启了新的教学模式——“三师课堂”。
The primary school conducted a new teaching mode - "three teachers’ class.
即：任课老师负责学科教学；助教老师辅助调控课堂教学节奏，协助操作直播软件；生活老师全程巡课，及时记录学生的上课状态，做到实时提醒、日日反馈。
One of the teacher is responsible for the online teaching, the other teacher assists in regulating the pace of classroom teaching and operating live broadcast software,the life teacher makes the whole class tour, records the status of students in time, and makes real-time reminders and daily feedback.
三名老师课上各司其职，课下协同合作，和学生、家长密切沟通。
The three teachers perform their respective duties in class and communicate closely with students and parents after class.

教学中，授课教师随时发布课堂练习，学生即时在线答题，教师实时批改反馈。

老师们轮流走进“云端课堂”，“听说读写”一样都不少，“唱画跳练”一网打尽，原来居家学习也可以如此丰富有趣！
小小学子享受其中，不仅学会了独立思考，还在快乐中轻松get新本领。
课堂上，跟班老师和生活老师全程跟进、及时反馈，学生们的“小动作”“走神儿”消失啦，注意力更集中，听讲的效率也大大提高！
“小神兽们”连连获得老师和家长的夸赞！
阳光大课间仍然是“心头最爱”！不仅是学生，就连老师和家长都一起加入到“做眼保健操”的行列。
体育老师更是亲身示范，精心设计了丰富多彩的有氧运动和核心力量体操。

下午的时间就交给“作业”和“自主实践活动”了。
