Farizon have been around since 2016, and have produced a few light trucks and other electric commercial vehicles. But they want to really revolutionize logistics. And that's where they come in with the Homtruck.

I do have to say, this looks like it's come straight out of Blade Runner. Imagine this barreling down behind you on the motorway. But that's what I kind of like about it is they're thinking beyond that basic metal box that most trucks are now and I'm sure this has a better drag coefficient than most.

Couple of charging ports up there, no wing mirrors, this is all about drag and I mean just look at it, haven't seen a truck like this ever. How amazing is this, if they can revolutionize trucking, that is going to be just amazing.

But the most important thing is that this is lavished with lots of sustainable materials. There's a bamboo wood in the dashboard here. I know this cloth is a sustainable materials when the floor is wooden like a boat, it looks very plush and very unusual for a truck.

Now the first feature I want to tell you about is the seat. So, over here I've got a very comfortable quite a large seat. You could probably fit a couple of adults in here just about.You've got this quite nice kind of unit here. It also has this nifty little table. And there's part of this truck, which also includes a fridge as well as you can, you can cook on your cook outside, and you can wash your clothes on the other side. And then you can have like your snack and whatever in here.

Now the really cool unique feature is behind these doors here. So if I just open these up, you will be able to see a proper shower unit. Above me is the showerhead and the light. And I could close this and have a proper shower and a proper clean which is quite unusual for trucks to get, especially within their own cab as well.

But as you can see, they've really thought about the truckers life, if that holds in place.So actually, they're thinking far, far beyond what a normal truck driver will get at the moment, I like how they've.

I am remarkably surprised that the comfort levels in here and the softer materials do make a huge difference. Because in a truck that is surrounded by the cheapest plastic, you know, logistics is the last industry really to have any care of attention paid to it. So they're always trying to find the bottom line, what's the cheapest cost, you know, we pay, you know, the cheapest wages and we pay for the cheapest trucks with the cheapest materials, they don't really care about any of this. This is the first time I think I've seen any company pay any attention to these materials. And it really is quite a transformational space.

Now at the moment, diesel trucks do thousands of kilometers per year, but they belch out about 223 tons of co2 per year. With this, they're aiming for zero very close to zero with some of the models. And if they get this right, in 2024, it could actually revolutionize logistics.
Now this quiet revolution, I hope will bring Farizon and a lot of success. I'd love to see these on the road hopefully by 2024 2025 we all will and trucking will be truly revolutionized.
